This office processes work requests for maintenance activities from individuals all across campus and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of the maintenance activities. The processing involves: Communicating with customers both orally and electronically via email; assessing work requests; assigning work orders to various maintenance work units; tracking maintenance activities and progress; inputting and tracking labor, materials, and contractor cost; reporting to FSD management on issues of productivity and billing. Assistant Coach 1 - Women’s Softball Murfreesboro, Tennessee 06/10/2024 Assist the Head women’s softball coach organize and administer all aspects of our NCAA Division I women’s softball program. Essential duties include but are not limited to: overall team pitching and catching instruction, day to day coaching of student athletes; individual skill instruction; recruiting NCAA Division I academically sound and competitive student athletes; scheduling to enhance NCAA/ C-USA championship opportunities; organizing and arranging team travel plans; oversee and promote compliance of NCAA rules among staff, student athletes and representatives of athletic interest; serve as a positive role model for the student athletes; and assist head coach with the budget of assigned funds. Coordinator - Aquatics Program Murfreesboro, Tennessee 05/24/2024 The Aquatic Coordinator designs and oversees implementation of all aspects of the Aquatic Program including recruitment, training, scheduling, staffing, and evaluating staff. Must complete regular pool & pumproom maintenance, ensure, and maintain proper water flow, filtration, and chemistry levels. Enrollment Coordinator Murfreesboro, Tennessee 05/23/2024 The Enrollment Coordinator (EC) combines elements of multiple positions across Enrollment Management that includes: Admissions, Financial Aid, Scheduling, Records, and Bursar’s office including the coordination of knowledge and abilities to function in the MT One Stop. The Enrollment Coordinator will engage in early interactions and structured yield activities designed to increase the probability of admitted students becoming enrolled and retained and continue to serve as a coordinator for all enrollment related activities throughout a student’s enrollment until graduation. The EC’s will be proficient in providing detailed advice and counsel to students about MTSU, TBR, and Federal guidelines, academic policies/procedures, financial aid processing, and scheduling, in each instance determining what options are best for a given student. EC’s must be able to answer questions and offer effective problem resolution across all enrollment management areas understanding the interrelationships between and among these areas. The EC’s participate in recruitment activities such as True Blue Tours and Preview Days to provide information about enrollment and financial aid; and work at the CUSTOMS registration check-in table to assist students to determine if they are eligible for registration waivers/immunization extensions, etc. EC will: calculate bills for students during late registration periods and must have a continuous knowledge base of appropriate tuition and fee rates contingent on the student’s status at time of registration; processes course...
